It’s the 9th annual Panther Creek Invitational (PCI) Marching Band Competition –
17 high school marching bands from around the Triangle and across the state – more than 1500 marching band students will compete for the coveted PCI trophies. (Please note that as host band, Panther Creek High School Marching Band will perform their new show "Tribal" at the end of the evening ~ 9:30 pm in exhibition only.)
After dark you’ll see our biggest crowds (more than 3,000 people jammed into the football stadium) and the largest bands (150+ students).

First band performs : 4:13 pm
(*biggest bands -- Class 4-A – start playing around 8pm*)
Trophies awarded ~10:00 pm
**Please note: Offsite overflow parking with shuttles may be used, especially as the day goes on and the stadium parking lot fills up. If you are planning to arrive after 6pm, be sure to arrive at the overflow parking area at least 30 minutes before your band performs in order to have time to park at the offsite parking location and ride a shuttle to the stadium. **

$10 General Admission $5 Seniors (65+) & children (4-10) Children under 4 free
The main parking lot will fill up as the day goes on. Please be prepared to park in the overflow parking lot, especially if you arrive after 6pm. There will be shuttle service directly from the overflow lot to the stadium. It is faster, easier, and safer than trying to park on McCrimmon Pkway! If you are planning to arrive after 6pm, be sure to arrive at the overflow parking area at least 30 minutes before your band performs in order to have time to park at the offsite parking location and ride a shuttle to the stadium.
