Just a reminder to order your Jersey Mikes sub before 4pm if you want your order included in the band delivery, to be delivered at 6pm at the school. Panther Creek Band Boosters will receive a donation equal to 15% of all sales during that time period. Click for more information.
Marching Band Kick-Off meeting- Tuesday,May 12, 6:30pm
Parents of ALL new and returning marching band students MUST attend this mandatory meeting in order to guarantee your student's spot in the 2015 marching band program. CONTRACTS WILL BE SIGNED TO SECURE YOUR CHILD'S SPOT IN NEXT YEAR'S SHOW.
The Panther Creek Band Booster Board of Directors is proposing changes to our current By-Laws. Please take the time to review these changes now posted on our website panthercreekband.org under Boosters-Documents. Thank you in advance for taking time to review these changes prior to our Band Booster/Marching Band Kick-off Meeting on May 12th.

Butter Braid/ Le brew Coffee Fundraising order pick up 5/12 and 5/15
Butter Braid and Le Brew Coffee Fundraisers are going on for current band students. We will start collecting the order forms and payment during the kick off meeting. The final order collection deadline is 5/15 Friday 6PM outside of Band Room. The delivery will be scheduled 5/29/15 Friday from 3-6 PM. 31% of the butter braid sales and 25% of the Le Brew Sales will go directly to your student account.
Spring Concert Schedule Changes
The Spring Concert dates have been changed! Symphonic and Jazz Bands will now have their Concert on Tuesday, May 19th. Concert Band and Wind Ensemble will now have their concert on Wednesday, May 20th. Click for the link to the updated calendar.
Butterbraid and Le Brew Coffee Fundraisers are about to begin. Order forms will be provided during band classes this week and order-forms will be due on Thursday, May 14th.

Congratulations to the Indoor Percussion Ensemble!
For the second year in a row, the Indoor Percussion group won First Place at the AIA Championships. They faced stiff competition, and winning two years in a row is fantastic. Congrats!
Congratulations to the JV Guard!
The JV Guard placed 2nd out of 11 guards in their category at the AIA Championships on Saturday. This is the first year for a Junior Varsity guard, and placing second is a great accomplishment. Congrats!
For those participating in indoor programs this year, please be advised that final payments were due on March 9th. If you are not up to date on your payments, please send them in as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact Sally Bailey for your student account balance.
